Please meet for funeral mass at the Immaculate Heart of Mary RC Church Monkseaton on Wednesday 10th September at 11.00am followed by cremation at Whitley Bay Crematorium at 12.00 noon.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu if desired to Dementia UK for which a donation box will be available at the service.
